Based on the are services selected, a follow-up consultation may be made to review the details of the session.

Client acknowledges that no reservation can be made prior to contract agreement and subsequent payment of the initial service deposit. Some services may require payment in full at the time of scheduling and will be identified as such during the booking process.

Remaining balances are due in full no later than 48 hours prior to the session scheduled. If payment is not received by this deadline, the Photographer reserves the right to terminate the session, and the client forfeits the deposit. Payment arrangements are available by request; approval may vary. 

 

Bookings may be cancelled at any time up to 48 hours prior to the session scheduled. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours of the session scheduled, the Client hereby forfeit their initial deposit and agree to pay the full amount for the services scheduled.

​If the photographer is unable to complete services due to uncontrollable conditions, unrelated to the client, and a rescheduling agreement cannot be made, any fees paid will be refunded in full.

 ​The Client will be considered late 15 minutes past the time of scheduled services. The scheduled session will be cancelled by the Photographer if the Client is 15-minutes late without communication or acknowledgement. A rate of $55.00 per 30 minute increments will apply if the session continues after tardiness. Sessions not completed due to the Client tardiness and/ or absence at the time of scheduled services will be treated as a cancellation and the full amount for services will be forfeited.

Due to the nature of digital photography, sent images cannot be returned. Client agrees to have a strict NO REFUND POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the Client paid, and received photos) it is then considered non-refundable. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting and receiving an incorrect photo or any other reason by no fault of the Photographer.
